Here are a few simple rules and guidlines. Any articles which do not follow these rules will not be approved. Take a little bit of time to go over them so you waste neither your nor our time!

Content

• Please RESPECT copyright - the articles that you submit must be your own work or you must have a legal license to use them.

  You may not submit articles written by other authors - that you do not have approval to use - and the content must be unique. No rebranded articles allowed, you must be the sole copyright holder for each article you submit. Articles written by a ghost writer are perfectly acceptable as long as they are being used only by yourself.

  We will removal any articles if they are found to be in breach of copyright, and if required by a court order, we will be more than happy to pass on your IP and email.

• Submit your article to one category only.
  We understand that many articles could be submitted to several categories; however we consider this to be spamming. Multiple submissions of the same article will not only result in the article being removed, but it can also lead to the author being suspended should we consider them to be abusing the system.

• By submitting your articles to Article Managment System, you grant us the right to publish your articles -

  We may publish your article anywhere on our website, blog, or syndicate through RSS. We may also change where it appears, including the category, at any time.

• By submitting your articles to oracle-mag.com, you grant others the right to publish your articles -

  Other oracle-mag.com users have the right to publish your articles on their websites, in their newsletters or ezines, and more as long as the article is left in the original state. This includes the resource box which provides you credit as the author of the content.

• No affiliate links! - The articles that you submit to oracle-mag.com should not contain affiliate links.

  It is acceptable, however, to mention the URL's of helpful sites or your own website which redirects to the recommended affiliate product.

• Please select up to 15 highly relevant keywords that are separated by a comma. Non-relevant keywords will be removed.

• Submitting your articles to oracle-mag.com does not entitle you to financial compensation of any kind .

  You will not receive compensation from oracle-mag.com or the users of our directory for articles you submit. Your compensation comes in the form of increased exposure for your website, product and/or service.

• Submitting an article in no ways guarantees inclusion in our directory -

  We reserve the right to reject an article submission for any reason. See further rules below.

• Articles must be spellchecked and proof read for grammatical errors prior to submitting -

  Do not submit articles filled with spelling errors and bad grammar. We do monitor article submissions and we will reject content that doesn't meet this requirement.

Formatting

• Article Title: A maximum of 100 characters and minimum of 3 words. (We recommend using up to 80 characters for best search engine results). Do not use ALL CAPS. Do not have the name of your company or website in the title. Your author name should not appear in the title.
• Article Body: A minimum of 250 words and a maximum length of 12,000 characters. The following HTML tags are allowed within the body of the article: <br />, <p>, <b>, <i>, <u> and <a href>.
• Author name: Do not user your website as the author name. Your author name should not appear in the title of the article.
• Do not use hard breaks in your article, only at the end of a paragraph (clicking Enter twice or using the <br /> tag)
• Bold, italicize, or underline only text that needs to be emphasized, not the entire article
• Make sure to use paragraph breaks. If you don’t divide your article up into short paragraphs, it will be difficult to read, and the readers will give up on your article.

Illegal/Objectionable subject matter

• Family Safe Content Only: We do not allow articles on pornography, escort services, sex toys, violence, illegal subjects (such as movie downloads), potentially dangerous information, or hate speech. This includes both written and visual material. This is by no means an exhaustive list, and oracle-mag reserves the right to reject any article.
• Articles cannot include plagiarized material from any other person or source. You must own 100% of the article you publish.
• Articles should not link to or promote online gambling sites.
• No links to any websites which contain viruses, trojans or similar software.

• Do not overtly spam links in either your profile or your articles. One or two is fine, any more and we may not approve your article or delete your profile. Keep it clean
